Also included in the plan are any free emergency service visits. If you encounter pest problems in between regular appointments all you have to do is pick up the phone and call, and we will come right out at no extra cost. You may never need to contact us, but it is good to know we are there if you do.

FIRE ANT CONTROL
If fire ants invade your yard Tabor has the expertise to treat the infestations so you can reclaim your yard and enjoy your property to the fullest.
STINGING PEST CONTROL
Stinging insects such as bees, hornets, yellow jackets, and wasps are aggressive in nature and often sting to protect their colonies. These pests attack in large numbers, stinging the victim repeatedly. This potentially can cause significant skin irritation, a serious allergic reaction, or a trip to the hospital.

MOISTURE CONTROL
Over time, excessive moisture in and around your home, including the foundation and crawl space, can lead to significant damage, such as wood rot and decay, warped flooring, and unhealthy air. Additionally, dark and damp areas are the perfect habitat for termites and other pest infestations. Let the experts at Tabor perform a thorough inspection to identify any areas of concern, and from this inspection we will customize a moisture control solution to fit your individual needs.
VAPOR BARRIER
One of the biggest sources of moisture is the ground itself. Moisture is present in and moves up through the ground. That’s why at Tabor Pest Control we recommend a vapor barrier in all crawl spaces.
VENTILATION
Proper ventilation is the key to moisture control in the crawl space of your home. Ventilation should be designed as a system to create a movement of fresh air through the crawl space.
AUTOMATIC FOUNDATION VENTS
Automatic Foundation Vents take the worry out of remembering to open and close vents as the weather changes. When the temperature reaches approximately 70 F the vent is fully open to allow fresh intake air, and will fully close at approximately 40 F to conserve energy and protect pipes.
POWERED FOUNDATION VENTS
Power foundation vents are a more aggressive ventilation system designed for a more difficult moisture problem. These vents will have a small fan encased in the vent housing with a damp weather shutoff and a humidistat control to move larger amounts of air per hour.
CRAWL HOLE DOORS
If you have a crawl door that is rotted and doesn’t fit properly, or if you just don’t have a crawl hole door, let Tabor Pest Control install a heavy duty ¼ inch plastic door. It is termite and weather resistant, easily painted, and will provide an easy access to the crawl space.
FOUNDATION SUPPORTS
Are your appliances, furniture, and other heavy household items causing your floor to sag? Does your floor bounce or do household items shake when you walk by them?
